I first found the video on youtube. After it cut off before explaining the lift, I came to your blog in the hopes of finding the full version. Both the one on this page as well as the one on Youtube stop about 2/3rds into the video, just before you get into the "Lift" portion. I guess its just my computer(s) Interesting.
