How To Boost Your Stick Tricks At School, At Work Or Wherever

This changed everything for me.

I learned it while I was studying at Univeristy. Who would've thought that those endless hours of reading through Psychology books in the library would have paid off. After you've learned all the moves you need and where your fingers should be, you can do this pretty much on atuo-pilot while you're reading, researching or stuck in a meeting. You can practise your drumming anywhere if you're creative.

Most of your stick tricks are based on either throws or spins and this exercise is great for working on the spins. To do any kind of spin such as the full stick spin you're going to need good co-ordination and strength in your fingers.

What you're trying to do here is to pass your stick between all 4 fingers on your hand. From the starting position your stick will travel left in front of all your fingers (it will go right if you're left handed, confusing I know) then travel in the opposite direction behind them.

There's not too much to say on this one just grab a pen/drumstick and start practising!
